Probrand Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) processes personal data as follows to operate the American Codex service.

1. Data we collect

• Account: email address (from your Google profile when using social login)
• Usage: diagnostic inputs (role, work, outputs, tone, etc.) and generated configurations
• Payment: handled by Paddle — the Company does not store sensitive payment data such as card numbers

The browser extension does not collect passwords, cookies, or chat content; it only receives the configuration values needed to apply, via a short-lived token.

2. How we use data

To provide the service (generate, store, apply, and retune configurations), manage accounts, process payments and refunds, and respond to inquiries.

3. Processors & third parties

• Supabase (account & data storage infrastructure)
• Anthropic (AI configuration generation)
• Paddle (payment & tax handling, Merchant of Record)

Diagnostic inputs are used for AI generation. The Company does not sell them to third parties for advertising.

4. Retention & deletion

Personal data is deleted without delay once its purpose is fulfilled or upon account closure, except where retention is required by applicable law.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal data, and may request data deletion by closing your account.
